Sirius Research

The MITHRAS complex underground near Visby, on Gotland, Sweden, houses 56 kilometres of tunnels containing the most advanced Wave Research facilities on Earth. Popularly known in Swedish as 'VÂgdalen', ('Wave Valley'), the complex emerged from the importance of Visby University in worldwide Wave research.

Sirius Research is one of the companies which operate within the complex. The company is jointly funded by Bonk Business Inc. and the Anchovak Indian Foundation.

Sirius Research has continued the work initiated by Professor Hans Dr–ppeldorf into localised black holes. Further development of the LBH power unit installed in the Dr Yes Cosmic Therapy Unit was entrusted to the company, more than two decades ago. The original LBH was less than two microns in size due to the inherent instability of larger configurations. Sirius researchers have now developed an LLBH (Large Localised Black Hole) of 4 microns which is capable of disposing of up to 200 kilos at a single charge, in complete safety. The 'Cosmic Sucker', as the commercial application is to be called, is planned for release in 1996.

Both Sirius Research and it's owners believe that the Cosmic Sucker will be capable of solving some of the world's most intractable problems of toxic waste, including nuclear waste, nerve toxins, and Hollywood producers. (Although persons over 200 kilos will not be able to be accommodated)
